3AM was founded by Ridley Scott, Alison Temple, Nick Temple, and Jules Daly to meet the marketing needs of filmmakers in a rapidly evolving industry. Since then, we’ve expanded our offering — helping ambitious storytellers and brands develop content properties utilizing our singular combined expertise.

Behind the Name

3AM logo

People always ask us about our name (it has nothing to do with the Matchbox 20 song or our operating hours).

3AM represents a moment of presence: the time of day when reality is suspended and barriers come down. It’s a place of solitude and a sanctuary for creativity, where ideas can be honed in silence — far away from the distractions of modern life.

For a moment of night we have a glimpse of ourselves and of our world islanded in its stream of stars — pilgrims of mortality, voyaging between horizons across eternal seas of space and time.

Alison Temple

Managing Partner

Alison Temple is a Managing Partner at 3AM and brings a wide breadth of experience to the award-winning agency.

Alison pioneered a completely unique theatrical film marketing model at Fox’s Creative Content Department in Domestic Theatrical Marketing, where she was part of the core team to launch campaigns for mega-franchise properties such as Planet of the Apes, X-Men, and Avatar. She launched her entertainment career as Head of Production for the commercial production company Motion Blur, and then at Trailer Park as Executive Producer for the Production and Motion Graphics Division.

Alison currently sits on the Board of Directors for LA’s Promise Fund, a nonprofit organization that prepares LA’s students for success in college, career, and life.

Jules Daly

Managing Partner/President, RSA Films

Jules Daly was named President of RSA Films in 2001 and has been a Managing Partner of 3AM since its inception in 2015.

She has executive produced some of RSA’s most acclaimed work including The Martian VR Experience. Under her leadership, RSA has won myriad awards including Golden Globes, EMMYs, Cannes Lions, and Grammys. Jules is also active in feature film production.

Jules served on the 2017 Entertainment Lions Jury for the Cannes Lions and was Chairperson of the 2016 AICP Awards.

Nick Temple

Partner/Founder & CEO, Wild Card

Nick Temple is Founder and Creative Director of Wild Card, the award winning entertainment marketing company that has cut and produced campaigns for films including Blade Runner 2049, Spider-Man: Homecoming, Alien: Covenant, War for the Planet of the Apes, Atomic Blonde, Girl on the Train, and Arrival.

At Wild Card, Nick has worked to bring together a culture and a community of highly talented, creative people who love film, music and advertising.

Chris Eyerman

Executive Creative Director

As Executive Creative Director, Chris leads 3AM’s efforts across writing, strategy, design, and content.

Chris is a globally-recognized Creative Director who has spent over 15-years creating advertising and content for film, television, games, and brands. His work has earned hundreds of accolades from The Webbys, Cannes Lions, One Show, CLIOs, Communication Arts, LIAs, D&AD, Andys, and many others.

Chris currently serves as an executive member of the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences.

Louie Lorenzo

Managing Executive Producer

Louis Lorenzo is Managing Executive Producer where he heads up a multi-disciplinary team behind some of today’s top entertainment marketing campaigns.

He brings a versatile skill set across marketing, production and account management working for industry-leading entertainment, brand and gaming clients. His past experience includes heading up production at Ignition, Eclipse Advertising and Union.

Louis’s roots are in print advertising, and later broadcast and interactive, always encompassing strong talent and client relationships.
